Stretching provides many benefits for your body and doesn’t only need to be done before or after exercising. Doing stretches at your desk is a great way to reset your posture and re-engage your brain.
While its best to get up and have a walk around, here are some stretches you can do while sitting at your desk: turning your head from side to side, bending forward and touching your toes, shrug your shoulders up and down and roll them forward and backward.
