Have you ever had an injury that just… lingers?
At first you think “I’ll give it a few days.” Then a few weeks pass and suddenly it’s been months.
It might settle, then flare up again. Feel better, then come straight back.
And it leaves you wondering why your body isn’t healing.
But healing isn’t always about time.
Your body is constantly adapting to how you move, how you load it and how you recover.
So if something hasn’t resolved, it’s often not because your body can’t heal.
It’s because something is getting in the way of it doing so.
