Palms Aged Care is a modern 50 place bed facility located in the beautiful sugar cane town of Ingham in north Queensland.

Palms Aged Care provides care for both high and low care residents and as a resident's needs increase we will continue to meet their needs. Palms Aged Care has a dedicated unit for residents with wandering type dementia. This discrete unit has secure doors and has been designed so staff can closely supervise residents in a secure homely living environment. We provide exceptional care through our friendly and dedicated staff and the service is staffed 24 hours a day by experienced handpicked care staff with registered nurse supervision and support. Respite Care

We offer booked respite care for eligible residents for up to 63 days per year. Rooms
◾Blend of single and shared rooms.
◾One couples room with two beds and ensuite.
◾Every room has wide opening windows and excellent fresh air flow
◾Most rooms have a flat screen television on a wall bracket

One Level

Palms Aged Care is set on one level with wide hallways and corridors linking all the four wings together. Services
◾Direct dial telephone available for every resident at their bedside

◾Majority of rooms air conditioned
◾All beds are multiple position electric beds

◾Modern nurse call system
◾Well kept gardens and lawns surround the facility
◾Extensive views across the surrounding cane paddocks
◾Off street parking available
