Living my best life in my 6th decade
A life well lived gives you oppurtunities to grow through your adversities and learn, or just quickly let life go by. I choose the former. and have had a lifetime of learning. Being a single mother of four birth children, two step children and one foster child has given me the most amazing chance of learning acceptance, and flexibility. I became a nutritionist when my youngest was a baby, and it has been my consistent passion to share my knowledge on natural health and wellness.
After a cancer diagnosis in 2015 I started my journey into living the life I had always dreamed of when I was a young woman. I started traveling, as a solo middle aged woman, and that was a different type of learning. I ended up in Australia a year after my diagnosis and have continued to live my life down under.
As my life shifted to living in Australia from the USA I have learned different ways of living my best life, virtually where I could take my life and my work anywhere in the world.
