You Can Do FIT

You Can Do FIT Our mission is to help every woman feel capable, energised, and proud of making time for herself. What is your excuse?

We are a Women's only facility and provide an environment for you that is flexible, supportive and friendly, making it easy for you to be inspired to take part in our classes or personal training sessions. We embrace and accept you, as you are, and hope to inspire you not to feel overwhelmed or to be confused about how to start your health and fitness journey - we provide training based on what wo

rks for you and not the latest trend. After all health is not a 4, 8 or 12 week challenge, it is not going home so exhausted that you cannot bear the thought of going again, it is not something you have to do 7 days per week. It is how we respect ourselves, how we live life every day, how we feel and how we age and if we are mums we have the added responsibility of how we teach our children to live life by following our example (No wonder we feel the pressure at times). To busy looking after others and not yourself, over committing then not being able to follow through, not knowing where to start so you don’t bother starting, conflicting information that overwhelms you, unable to find the right time or place to suit your needs, not able to prioritise yourself over the special others in your life such as your children, family and friends. Are you ready to get rid of your excuses once and for all in a way that uniquely suits you, no gimmicks, and no confusing information? We do the planning with you and help you make small changes as you are ready, helping you build the life you dream of and changing for the better! Our community based business at Birralee Reserve in Innaloo provides for a child friendly environment with a free crèche service during our 9:15am classes and we have access to the hall to hold our classes in when required, so we never have to cancel a session.

One of the biggest reasons women don’t make it to a session?

Childcare.

That’s exactly why we offer a crèche at 9:15am.

You can train knowing your little one is close by and looked after — without the stress of organising anything extra.

It’s simple, but it makes all the difference.

Can you comfortably get up off the ground?

It’s a simple question… but an important one.

This isn’t about workouts or fitness trends.
It’s about being able to move well in your everyday life.

Getting up and down off the ground requires strength, balance and control.
And if we don’t practise it, we lose it.

It might not feel like a “real” exercise.
But it’s one of the most valuable ones you can do.

That’s why we include it in our sessions.

If this is something you’d like to work on, message me and I’ll help you get started.

A lot of women feel nervous before their first session.

You won’t be the only one.

If coming on your own feels like too much right now, bring a friend with you.
It’s often the thing that makes starting feel that little bit easier.

You don’t have to feel “ready” — you just have to show up.

If you’ve got someone in mind, message me and I’ll save you both a spot.

It’s not just about fitness.

Getting outside, moving your body, and having a moment that’s just yours
can completely shift how you show up for the rest of your day.

Less snapping.
More patience.
A clearer head.
More energy.

Most of the women I work with don’t need more willpower…
they just need a reset.

And sometimes that reset looks like 45 minutes outside,
a bit of movement, a few laughs —
and yes, probably a dog pat 🐶

No pressure.
Just space to breathe and move.

If you’ve been feeling like you need that reset, come and try a session with us. Send us a message to book in a class.

There’s something different about training outdoors

No mirrors. No crowded gym floor. Just fresh air, space to move, and a reset for your head.

You get:
• Fresh air that actually wakes you up
• Natural light (hello better mood + energy)
• Space to move without feeling watched
• A mental break from the usual routine

And let’s be honest…

You’re far more likely to stick around when there are cute dogs walking past 🐶

It’s not just about the workout.
It’s about how you feel while you’re doing it — and after.

Clearer head. Better mood. More energy to take back into your day.

No pressure. Not perfect. Just moving your body in a way that feels good.

Outdoor doesn’t mean limited.

There’s a common idea that training outside is just bodyweight, a few light weights, and making do.

That’s not how I run things.

We use a full range of equipment to build strength, improve movement, and keep sessions varied — just without the walls, mirrors, or gym environment.

Because it’s not about where you train.
It’s about how you’re coached.

And the women here are proof that you don’t need a gym to get stronger, feel better, and keep showing up.

If you want to exercise outdoors comment below.

If you’ve been saying “I’ll start next week”… you’re not the only one.

Most women aren’t struggling with motivation.

They’re trying to:
• find more time
• feel less tired
• wait until life settles down

But life doesn’t really slow down.

So exercise keeps getting pushed back.

What actually helps?

Starting smaller.
Letting it fit into real life.
And focusing on just showing up.

I’ve put this into a blog if you want to read it 👇

I don’t run fitness classes the way most people expect.

I’m over 40, a mum of two, and I know what it’s like to do this without a lot of support — which is exactly why I coach the way I do.

I believe showing up matters more than doing it perfectly.
I believe women need support, not pressure.
I believe strength is for every age, not just the already-fit.
I believe doing something is always better than doing nothing.

You won’t find shouting, egos, or pressure to keep up here.

What you will find is coaching.
Encouragement.
And a group of women who are all just trying to feel a bit better — together.

That’s how I coach.
And that’s why the women who come, stay.

Truthfully? A lot of women don’t hate working out.
They hate how certain places make them feel.

At You Can Do Fit, we’re serious about creating a space where women feel comfortable, supported, and safe to show up.

That part is non-negotiable. Come try a class.
