Our emotions can be calmed with the breath. 🥹

Any time something is a bit hard take a moment to close your eyes and focus on your breath. 🧘‍♀️

What a busy week its been. Next week will be busier though with my sons graduation and all the things that go with it. Seems like forever ago he started school and also feels like yesterday. I know some of you are in the same position, a big transition period for our kids and also for us. So at this crazy time of year with such a big chapter in our lives closing, remember to pause and breathe and make time to release the old to make way for the new. 🙏

A few weeks ago I noticed FB had removed the "Likes" count at the top of my profile but I could still see my "Likes" people on my dashboard. Today I have noticed I can't seem to find my "Likes" count anywhere so I'm wondering if those people are no longer seeing my posts. That's nearly half of you ! 😢

Well November's here and I'm hearing people say things are getting busy and crazy. It's this time of year that we need to remember to be gentle with ourselves and not over stretch the hours in the day. If it comes at the cost of you taking care of yourself it's too expensive. 🙏
