✨ Cancellation Policy Update ✨
I completely understand that life happens and times can feel a bit tight for many families right now 🤍
If you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
Moving forward, this policy will be enforced for all bookings. As a small business, missed appointments or last-minute changes leave gaps that can’t be filled, and unfortunately that means I don’t get paid for that time.
I care for you and your wellbeing all year round, and I truly appreciate you supporting my family in return by respecting my time 🙏
Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee equal to the full cost of the booked service.
