We have a new teacher! Welcome Olly! Olly will he teaching Vinyasa on Fridays 6.15am-7am starting this Friday!! Book online www.be-health.com.au

Olivia has been practicing yoga for over a decade and teaching for the past eight years. She is passionate about movement and has a deep reverence for the practice of drawing awareness inwards. Olivia’s teaching style can be dynamic and physically challenging and will incorporate the traditional teachings of yoga including meditation, breathwork and philosophy. Her intention is to support students to feel into their body, connect inwards and to learn how to use movement as medicine.

Perfect way to spend the last afternoon of 2021… seeing out the year with some physical and mental planting, propagating, weeding, feeding and watering- for the plants and myself- cheers!!! While enjoying the view! We are so excited for what lies ahead in 2022 for ._.health and - it’s like we are only just beginning!!!!!Quality time has been spent in program development this last quarter and a vast big sky future lies ahead! Can’t wait to share it with you all. Thanks for supporting your health with throughout 2021.

CARE (Connect Ask Refer Encourage) - for self and others is a rural health and su***de prevention training that is highly practical and comes from more than ten years research and work in rural communities. It could be a game changer for you, your family, colleagues, clients or community. In partnership with OzHelp - Health & Wellbeing at Work and Griffith University's Australian Institute for Su***de Research and Prevention - AISRAP, the CARE for rural Australia project will be coming to Chinchilla, Goondiwindi, Toowoomba, Longreach/Isisford, Wrotham Park Station and Ravenshoe in Queensland in the coming weeks. Attendance may be face to face or online. Please pass this information on and get along if you can. CARE for yourself and others!
