Congratulations Alistair! 🎉

Earlier this week our incredible Practice Manager, Alistair Williams, was named Inverell Shire Citizen of the Year. Alistair is a passionate and dedicated member of our community, you may know him for his involvement in the Inverell Junior Rugby Club, Inverell Parkrun, Inverell Show Society, Inverell RSM Civilian Rifle Club, and the Inverell East Rotary (where he was presented with the Paul Harris fellow award in 2015).

We are incredibly proud to have Alistair as part of our Inverell Diagnostic Imaging family and congratulate him on this very well-deserved recognition 💚

Inverell Diagnostic Imaging is proud to participate in the Australian National Lung Cancer Screening Program (NLCSP), a vital new government initiative designed to detect lung cancer early, before symptoms appear.

Through this program, eligible Australians aged 50 to 70 who currently smoke, or who have quit smoking within the past 15 years, can access a low-dose CT (LDCT) scan. Lung cancer screenings performed at our clinic are fully bulk billed, non-invasive, and only takes between 10-15 minutes.

If you think you might be eligible, talk to your GP about a referral for the National Lung Cancer Screening Program, because early detection saves lives.
