My yoga on the beach classes may have a sandfly or two… and a rogue dog running through the sand sometimes… but no crocodiles to consider. 🐊
No stingers in a post yoga swim either! 🪼
So I’m heading home to the icy cold water of the Bass Coast with a fresh perspective on the energy of Ganesha … the remover of obstacles….😂🙏🐊

Good Friday… Join me for Yoga on the Beach, a 9am class and there’s one on Saturday too, at 10am. Sunshine and a low tide! It’s perfect.☀️🧘🏽

On Easter Monday I am running a special breath workshop at You Project Inverlcoch at 2pm. A two hour session for women navigating hormonal chaos ( and honestly that’s pretty well all of us! ) We will explore breathwork to support the mood states and energy levels our hormones affect. 🌸🫁🌸

And of course, as always, I have my Zoom Slow Flow session on Saturday morning at 8am.💻
