In many families, trauma is unconsciously passed down from generation to generation. Children often carry the unresolved pain of their parents, who in turn inherited burdens from their own parents. This cycle can continue endlessly —unless we make a conscious decision to break it.

Family Constellations therapy offers a powerful, transformative way to end this legacy of inherited pain.
