Happy new year!! A reminder that our clinic is back open tomorrow to usual operating hours! This includes the beginning of block one for pilates 2026. If you need to alter you start date for pilates this block please get in contact with our admin staff as soon as possible :) Otherwise, we cannot wait to see you back in clinic and get started on your 2026 goals!

A restructure is coming to our pilates schedule in 2026. We will no longer break over school holidays and instead run our clinical pilates in 5 consecutive 10 week blocks.
Our goal is to create a more consistent and structured schedule for our pilates clients to streamline our practice throughout the year. We look forward to seeing you at the beginning of block 1, January 5th 2026

Get to know Stacey!

What motivated you to choose your current career path?
I had and still have a love for sport and exercise and once I started studying became more interested in rehabilitation and injury prevention. Maybe it was from more all the injuries and rehab I’ve had to do myself….

I also love working with people and get so much joy from help others.

What’s your favourite part about working at SSS?
Our workplace is so happy and just has a ‘feel good’ vibe as soon as I walk in the door. It comes from the incredible goal driven and fun women I get to work with everyday.
I’m lucky to be able to work with our lovely clients, it’s a pleasure to work in healthcare in this beautiful little coastal town.

What’s your favourite way to spend your Sunday? Hiking is my favourite Sunday and holiday activity, I love being in nature and exploring outdoors. If I’m not hiking I’m spending Sundays at home in my beautiful backyard (or cleaning 😅).

What is something about yourself that you think would surprise you?
Strange one but I love braiding hair, I have no idea why!!
