This is what Emily sent me after her first Baby Massage session.
“I have to thank you for your patience and understanding with Quinn today, it’s been hard navigating his allergy but we are trying our best not to stop us doing things and it’s always nice to be met with compassion when he’s struggling. He filled his nappy then slept for 5hrs when we got home! I showed Brendon what I remembered of the sequence and Quinn absolutely loves the leg massage in particular.”
Quinn was having some lactose intolerance issues so he was having difficulty with pain after feeds. Emily made some adjustments to feeding as well as the introduction of massage, and the difference between our first session and the next 2 sessions were remarkable.

Want to learn this fabulous skill? Come join us tomorrow Wednesday 3rd September for Introduction 10.30.
Follow up session Wednesday 10th and 17th at 10.30 to consolidate skills and meet other parents.

Happy first day of Spring.
I know we are heading for longer and warmer days when I see the magnolia trees out in full bloom.
My Granny used to have one in her front yard and they have since then always been a favourite of mine.
I haven’t been successful in growing one in my garden. I’ve tried twice in the 18 years we have lived in Inverloch.
I guess I’ll just have to enjoy them from a far. ❤️🌸

Life Naturally is a wellness centre predominately for women seeking pre-conception, fertility, pregnancy and post-natal support.

I enable women who may otherwise struggle through these important life stages to have a safe space for nurturing and healing and preparing their mind and body for pregnancy, birth and mothering. Pregnancy massage, acupuncture and HypnoBirthing can prepare the mind and body for positive birth and mothering.
