With our former colleague and friend Elisabeth, forever in our hearts and memories, it is time to welcome someone new into our collective group at the Clinic.

We welcome Natasha Kelder, a fully qualified Remedial Therapist who will bring her unique intuitive skill and enthusiasm for further learning to our group.

We will all enjoy Tash’s company and presence and look forward to working alongside her.

It is with much sadness and disbelief that we inform you that our cherished Elisabeth Moser passed away suddenly on Friday last week due to a car accident.

Unfortunately we don't have access to her client diary so this is the only way we are able to let her clients know.

Elisabeth was a very experienced therapist in a wide variety of health modalities. Her skills, unique way, energy, kindness, wisdom and laughter will be greatly missed by her colleagues and clients.

We have a book for clients to sign at the clinic if they wish, or leave a card, messages will be passed on to Elisabeth's family in due course.

Our thoughts are with all of her family, friends and clients at this sad time.

It is with gratitude and appreciation that I acknowledge the past 7 years at the clinic.
What a chapter!
I have met some amazing people, learnt heaps and enjoyed the time working with Tracey, Fiona and Jane.
Thank you to all my clients, it’s been an honour.

As of Monday the 4th of May I will be moving my practice to Launceston Physio at the old QV hospital on High Street.

OPEN FOR BUSINESS AS USUAL

Notice for our clients about COVID-19 (Corona Virus)

No doubt you have heard a lot about COVID-19 (Corona Virus) in the media recently as the situation continues to unfold.

As health care practitioners, we care for the health of our clients, as well as our own.

COVID-19 is primarily spread between people when we directly touch, or breath the air of someone who is already infected, or through touching a surface that has been recently infected.

Hygiene and infection control is actually part of a massage therapist’s training because of the nature of our work.

So we wanted to share with you the precautions we are taking in the clinic and in our treatment rooms.

Things we are doing to be clean and sanitary:

✅ We use fresh linen for each client (as always)
✅ We wash our hands thoroughly and sanitise before each client (as always)
✅ Our treatment environment is clean and sanitary (as always)
✅ Bathrooms and shared spaces are regularly cleaned and disinfected (as always)
✅ Clients are asked not to attend if they are sick (as always)

At the moment we are also adding the precautions of:

✅ We ask clients not to attend if they have recently travelled or been in contact with any confirmed cases
✅ We provide sanitising hand wash for each client on entering and leaving the clinic
✅ We are using a disinfectant wash on commonly touched surfaces before each client

Right now we are continuing to provide the usual care and support for all our clients. As the situation unfolds and we learn more, we will continue to follow the advice from the authorities.
