There has been a few times that I’ve been lucky enough to look down at myself and all my minuscule problems from a higher dimensional perspective. And every single time I laughed at myself. I thought to myself “what an idiot, how can I worry about these silly little problems when there are infinite number of quantum possibilities available?”. It’s like focusing on one little grain of sand on a beach that extends to infinity. Sometimes I have to remind myself not to take life too seriously.

Trauma can be overcome through acceptance. Acceptance that anything can hold beauty within and any darkness is where the light is born from. Even being branded a piece of s**t can allow you to fertilise the earth to promote growth. Even a lie that ruins your reputation can allow you to establish yourself to the world as a person of honour and even when an enemy comes to attack you, it allows one the chance to communicate. There is always a choice between love and greed, between ego and humility and all choices lead to balance.

There is always a beautiful life worth living and all you need is to align your vibrational frequency to it. We are already in heaven or hell and which one we experience is defined by how we perceive each of the lessons we have to learn within our journey.
