📊 Did you know 56% of Australians are not meeting recommended levels of physical activity?

This increasingly sedentary lifestyle is contributing to a range of spinal health concerns, with neck pain emerging as a prevalent issue.

Prolonged hours spent seated in a desk chair, followed by extended periods of inactivity and screen time like gaming or binge watching, can result in poor posture and weight gain, exacerbating musculoskeletal disorders like neck pain.

Good evening everyone,

We're back up and running and we've started back with a fantastically busy day today and are looking forward to charging through the rest of this week, full steam ahead!

We only have a couple spots left available tomorrow afternoon (Thursday 13th March)

With all the craziness that's happened recently, it's important to remember to take care of yourself.

Hey everyone!

We are hoping you are all safe and well during these challenging times with this wild weather.

Just wanted to give everyone a quick update on our situation.
For those of you that had bookings with Dr Matt today and Tuesday this week, you'll have already been notified of the practice closures. We are keeping a close eye on the flood maps and taking advice from local council and authorities as the weather continues.
At this stage, we are hopeful the practice will be open again on Wednesday for those that can safely make it in for their appointments, but we will keep everyone up-to-date as the days go on.

Those that have missed appointments, due to practice closures, will be contacted to reschedule as soon as we know more.

Thanks for your understanding

Stay safe!
