Client Spotlight ✨

Jacob just completed his first ever 10km race 🏁

Here’s what he had to say 👇

'Having run my first ever 10km race and getting a pb in the run! I wouldn't have been close to doing that if I haven't come to see Harry. Literally couldn't run 600m without pain when I started. Eyeing down a half Mara next year! You guys are awesome 🙌❤️'

Massive achievement and well deserved after all the hard work.

🚧 Clinic Access Update 🚧

We are upgrading our front access ramp from Thursday 14/05 at 4:00pm through to the end of trade on Tuesday 19/05.

During this time, there will be no access to the front carpark or front clinic entry.

Please use the rear carpark and enter the clinic via the back entrance during the works.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we complete these improvements 😊

Lest We Forget | ANZAC Day 2026

Today, we come together to recognise the bravery, commitment, and sacrifice of all who have served, and those who continue to serve our nation.

To our DVA patients and their loved ones, we extend our sincere thanks. Supporting you on your path to health and wellbeing is a privilege and a responsibility we value deeply.

We are continually inspired by your courage and resilience.

On this ANZAC Day, we pause in remembrance and stand united in gratitude and pride.

We see you 👀

Doing your exercises… sometimes… kinda… when you remember 😅

But honestly…we get it. Life’s busy, motivation dips, and rehab isn’t always the most exciting part of your day.

If you’re finding it hard to stay consistent, here are a few things that can help:

Pair it with a habit (after brushing your teeth, during TV time)
Start small > consistency beats perfection
Set reminders (your future self will thank you)
Ask us to simplify it if it feels overwhelming

We’re on your team, no judgement, just progress 💪

Simple changes and targeted treatment can make a big difference.

If your shoulder pain is affecting your sleep, it’s time to get it checked.
