We are SO proud of our incredible participant Hayley and her beautiful horse YLS Bodacious, aka Bonnie, who recently competed at the Queensland Quarter Horse State Show in Gatton! 🐎✨

Hayley showed true determination and talent in the Equestrians With Disabilities division, where she competed in Showmanship — all while using her Omeo wheelchair. Her hard work, passion, and partnership with Bonnie paid off in the best way possible…

What a weekend to remember! Our amazing support workers and participants saddled up and took their own horses out to the Monto Cattle Drive & Trail Ride — and what an adventure it was!

For three days, they joined the drive, herding cattle through the stunning countryside, sharing plenty of laughs (and a bit of controlled chaos thanks to some very excited horses! 🐴💨), and soaking up the experience of a lifetime.

With three hearty meals and two delicious snacks served up each day, everyone was well-fed and fuelled for the journey ahead. It wasn’t just about the ride — it was about connection, courage, and a whole lot of fun.

We’re so proud of everyone who took part — memories were made, friendships deepened, and spirits soared. Until next year, Monto! 🌾🤠
