With A Little Care is looking for a reliable, compassionate, and experienced Disability Support Worker to join our team in Beachmere (4510) for an immediate start.

🕒 Monday to Friday
⏰ 10 hours per week
📄 Casual position

About the role:
This is a consistent weekday role supporting a participant in their home, including:
✅ Personal care
✅ Domestic assistance
✅ Providing respectful, person-centered support
✅ Building a genuine, positive support relationship

About you:
✨ You are experienced in disability support
✨ You are confident providing personal care
✨ You are reliable, professional, and compassionate
✨ You understand the importance of dignity, privacy, and consistency
