From January 12th our Women’s Strength classes will run in 6-week training blocks
Why?
Because strength training works best when there’s
structure, progression & purpose
Each 6-week block focuses on one key movement
(squat • hinge • push • pull)
Not the same workout on repeat — but training that:
• Builds strength safely
• Improves technique & confidence
• Supports mobility that helps your lifts
• Creates real, measurable progress
You’ll also receive a simple home program
to support what you’re working on in class
