These small group mum's strength classes are our most popular at Bloom EP!
This progressive strength-based Mum’s class is suited to both the experienced exerciser and those new to strength training.
Strength training is a pivotal part of the postpartum period to rebuild strength after the changes of pregnancy and birth as well as building functional strength for mum life or return to exercise.
Being strong increases confidence in yourself and your capabilities - a must for mums!
Programming incorporates body weight, weighted and functional exercises specific to mum life or ‘mum movements' and is progressive throughout the 6 weeks so you can see your improvements! All classes are pelvic floor, prolapse and abdominal separation safe and we are able to make any changes where needed.
This class is a great next step after our rehabilitative beginner postnatal program or for those who have completed basic postnatal rehab.
