Our Mum’s & Bub’s Strength & Impact class is designed just for you — active mums who are at least 12 weeks postpartum and looking to safely build the strength, stability and confidence to get back into running, F45, HIIT, CrossFit, BFT and more.
Led by experts in postnatal exercise, this 6-week program focuses on strength, core, mobility, and safe impact work — all tailored to support pelvic health, single-leg strength and proper technique. You’ll learn how to move well under load and intensity, so your return to impact isn’t a shock to your body.
