WOMEN’S STRENGTH IS EVOLVING 🤍

From January 12th our Women’s Strength classes will run in 6-week training blocks

Why?
Because strength training works best when there’s
structure, progression & purpose

Each 6-week block focuses on one key movement
(squat • hinge • push • pull)

Not the same workout on repeat — but training that:
• Builds strength safely
• Improves technique & confidence
• Supports mobility that helps your lifts
• Creates real, measurable progress

You’ll also receive a simple home program
to support what you’re working on in class

Mums & Bubs Strength supports new mums to rebuild strength, confidence, and capacity in a supportive, baby-friendly environment — all guided by accredited exercise physiologists.

✨ Merry Christmas from the Bloom Team! ✨

What a wonderful year it’s been. We’ve absolutely loved working with each and every one of our clients in 2025 — supporting your health, helping you move well, and seeing you continue to grow in strength and confidence. It’s been an honour to be part of your journey. 💛

This year we welcomed two new faces to Bloom:
✨ Emily, Exercise Physiologist
✨ Sarah, Reception & Admin Assistant

We are also incredibly proud of the growth and development of our women’s health exercise physiologists, Emily and Daisy. They have continued to grow beautifully in their clinical skills and confidence, and have been instrumental in keeping Bloom moving forward — especially while Naomi has been on maternity leave. We’re so grateful for their support, organisation, and care. 🌿

We’ve been so lucky to have Sarah with us — especially over the past few months while Naomi has been navigating life with a newborn. Sarah has now graduated as a physiotherapist (hooray!) and will be moving into a very exciting grad role in 2026. We are so proud of her, will miss her dearly, and hope to have her back in the future! 🌿

Wishing you all a safe, happy Christmas, and a restful break with your loved ones. Thank you for being a part of our Bloom community.

🤰Our Bloom Bump Pregnancy Exercise Strength is one of a kind. We are passionate about educating and showing women how pregnancy exercise can be so much more than just 'safe exercise'.

We cater to women throughout their entire pregnancy whether you are coming out of the 1st trimester fog or are 39 weeks pregnant and looking to get bub moving.

As clinical exercise physiologists who specialise in pregnancy, we are able to take into account and help manage the pain and symptoms you may be experiencing as well as prescribe intentional exercise specific to pregnancy.

Our pregnancy classes educate and teach you how to use your pelvic floor and core effectively and aim to help you manage pregnancy well, prepare for birth and prepare for postpartum.

We recommend if you are experiencing pain or symptoms, you have some 1:1 sessions first so we can help manage your symptoms and know how to best work with you in a class environment.

When:
Wednesday 14th January 5:30pm for 5 weeks
Saturday 31st January 8:15am for 5 weeks

Please note if you are new to working with Bloom you will need to complete a pre-exercise consult prior to participating.

Ready to start (or restart) your running journey with confidence? Our Bloom Beginner Return to Running Program is designed to build you up safely, intentionally, and sustainably.

Over 8 weeks, we’ll guide you from foundational strength all the way to your first running intervals.
Here’s how we do it ⬇️
✨ Weeks 1–4: In-clinic sessions focused on strength, stability, single-leg control, pelvic and ankle strength, and gradually building aerobic capacity with low-impact work.
✨ Weeks 5–8: Outdoor sessions where we start integrating running-based drills… and then running!
