Bloom Teen Girls Strength Program term 4 blocks are open for bookings!

This program is for girls between the ages of 12 and 18 who are looking for a safe inclusive space to exercise. In this 5-week program you will learn the benefits of strength training as a female, how to move your body safely & effectively and how to lift weights with great technique.

Our Teen Girls Strength Class is about more than lifting weights — it’s about building confidence, resilience, and lifelong healthy habits. 💪

Inclusive and supportive, this class is designed for all young girls to feel empowered, strong, and capable in their own bodies 🌸

Dates:
4:30pm Thursday 9th October - 6th November
4:30pm Thursday 13th November - 11th December

A supportive, Pilates-based exercise class designed specifically for pregnancy and run by experienced women's health exercise physiologists.

Looking to start a safe, low-impact exercise routine during pregnancy?

💡 New to exercise or experiencing symptoms? We recommend starting with 1:1 sessions to better support your needs before joining the group.

Owner of Bloom Exercise Physiology and our Principal Exercise Physiologist 💜

Naomi started Bloom three and a half years ago with the vision of creating a space where women of all ages can use exercise as medicine — a supportive tool through every stage of life.

Her special interest areas include pregnancy, postpartum return to exercise, breast cancer oncology, the menopause transition, returning to strength after prolapse, pelvic floor symptoms, surgery recovery, and endometriosis. 🌸

Naomi will be stepping into maternity leave from the 26th of September and will remain in the wings until sometime in 2026. 💕

Join us for our October Bloom Beginner Postnatal for 6 weeks of progressive rehabilitative exercise.

Bloom Exercise Physiology are women’s health return to exercise specialists who are highly knowledgeable and passionate about postpartum movement.

Why should you join?

~ Take time to invest in your postpartum physical and mental health with the best program for return to movement after pregnancy and birth.

~ Help repair abdominal separation, manage or reduce pelvic floor symptoms and restrengthen your entire body with our Bloom Beginner Postnatal.

~ Gradually build up core strength, improve breathing, reduce pain and build up towards functional strength exercises.

Program details:
Join other newly postpartum mums for a weekly rehabilitative class.

For all Mumma’s post vaginal and c-section births wanting to rehabilitate after pregnancy and birth for the best return to movement, exercise and mum life.

Classes are bub friendly and held in Ipswich CBD with plenty of undercover parking, access to feeding space and change table as well.

Daisy has been a wonderful part of our Bloom team for over a year, and we are so lucky to have her! ✨

As one of our Women’s Health Exercise Physiologists, Daisy has a special interest in supporting women with chronic illnesses such as hypermobility spectrum disorder, POTS, and chronic pain. She also has a passion for pregnancy and postpartum care — from prescribing safe and supportive movement during pregnancy to guiding women in their return to exercise after birth. 💛

Emily is passionate about supporting women through every stage of life — from adolescent health to the menopause transition. She has a special interest in bone health, postnatal return to exercise, pelvic floor health, and helping women with chronic conditions feel strong and confident in their movement. 💪💖

You are in safe hands in our small (max 6) group Pilates classes. This is a great way to get moving with intention with bub by your side.

When?
Monday 10:30am from 13th October 2025

Classes will involve body weight movement, bands, balls & circles. Learn Pilates style exercises with great core function, breath and technique.

All classes are pelvic floor, prolapse and abdominal separation safe and we are able to make any changes where needed.

Bloom Exercise Physiology are women’s health return to exercise specialists who are highly knowledgeable and passionate about postpartum movement.'

We keep our classes small (max 6) so you get the upmost attention.

This class is a great next step after our rehabilitative beginner postnatal program, for those who have completed basic postnatal rehab or a as a complimentary clinical class with your other training.

Our Mum’s & Bub’s Strength & Impact class is designed just for you — active mums who are at least 12 weeks postpartum and looking to safely build the strength, stability and confidence to get back into running, F45, HIIT, CrossFit, BFT and more.

Led by experts in postnatal exercise, this 6-week program focuses on strength, core, mobility, and safe impact work — all tailored to support pelvic health, single-leg strength and proper technique. You’ll learn how to move well under load and intensity, so your return to impact isn’t a shock to your body.
