Hello, Sonja Heron here- the old owner of Ipswich Massage . I sold June 30 2022 to an American Company called Rayont Inc. It is with my deepest regrets that I wish to inform all my past beautiful clients that this business is now closed permanently. I am devastated that 12 years of my hard work has been destroyed in less than 9 months. The amazing team at Ipswich massage are now without jobs and are owed entitlements they may never see.

I am writing to you all as the new owners have buried their heads in the sand and refuse to reply to customer emails, phone and text messages wondering about your bookings and gift cards. Please DO NOT buy anything through the Ipswich Massage & Herbal Spa website you will not see your money back. I am disgusted at the behaviour of Ali Kasa +61 439 222 377 Marshini Moodley 0432 051 512 (Directors of the company) maybe you can try ask for refunds here or bring to the attention of office of fair trading.

I am deeply saddened by this outcome.
