I had a blood test and it seems I have high expectations. So I'm on a strict diet of no expecting and lots of enjoying. :)

I have always been terrified of Back bends, I always just expected that my body should be able to move into them smoothly but that didn't happen. But now I'm beginning to really enjoy them and I'm not expecting miraculous happenings...now when practising them, there is happy times. :D
