We’re so excited to officially welcome Ashleigh to The iCare Group as our new ILO Manager

Ashleigh brings a genuine passion for helping people live life their way, and we couldn’t be happier to have her join our team.

For those who may not know, Individualised Living Options (ILO) is all about creating flexible, personalised living arrangements that suit each person’s needs, goals, and lifestyle. It’s not a one-size-fits-all approach, it’s about choice, independence, and building a life that feels right for you.

Ashleigh will be leading the way in supporting participants and families to explore and design the right living options, every step of the way.

Big moment for this round ❤️🖤💛🤍

As proud Naming Rights Partners of the Ipswich Jets Rugby League Team, our logo usually sits front and centre on the jersey, a position we’re incredibly proud of.

But for this special round in PNG, we’ve stepped aside.

We’ve gifted our front-of-shirt position to Sun Engineering, a company doing incredible work within Papua New Guinea communities.

This round is bigger than branding. It’s about impact, connection, and recognising organisations that are making a real difference on the ground.

At The iCare Group, supporting people and communities is at the heart of everything we do, whether that’s here at home through disability support, or by backing initiatives that uplift communities beyond our borders.

We’d say you don’t look a day over 30… but HR told us to stop lying in official posts

Jesse, our Recruitment Officer, professional people-finder, and full-time office legend, we honestly don’t know how you keep up with it all (or us).

50 years young and still out here recruiting like it’s your side hustle.

Thanks for keeping the wheels turning, the positions filled, and the office entertained. We’d be lost without you… and probably severely understaffed!

Every office needs an “Office Dad”… and ours understood the assignment.

Almost every single morning, Kiara’s dad, Koseta walks through the iCare office doors with coffees and hash browns in hand like some kind of breakfast superhero.

No meeting scheduled.
No shift booked.
Just pure dad energy and a commitment to making sure we all start the day properly caffeinated and well fed.

What started as a quick drop in has now become a non-negotiable part of our mornings. If he’s running two minutes late, you’ll find the office staff standing around wondering if something has gone terribly wrong.

At this point we’re pretty sure he’s the most reliable person in the entire Operations organisation.

So today we want to give a massive shout-out to our official iCare “Office Dad.”
Thank you for the coffees, the hash browns, the cuddles, the chats, and for becoming such a special part of our little work family.

We appreciate you more than you know ❤️

What an incredible weekend for the iCare Group Australia Ipswich Jets Rugby League Team

Not only did the Jets deliver a huge 30–0 victory over the Blackhawks, they also showed what community spirit is truly about.

During the TAE Aerospace Defence Force Appreciation Day, the Jets family and wider community came together to raise over $20,000 for two young rugby league players, Lennox and Eli, who were seriously injured in a tragic accident in Booval.

At just 14 years old, these two boys and their families have a long road ahead of them, and seeing the community rally around them was incredibly powerful. One of the standout moments of the day was Blake Lenehan bravely shaving off his iconic locks to help raise funds, a gesture that truly captured the heart of the day.

We are incredibly proud to stand alongside the Jets as Naming Rights Partner and to be part of a club that represents strength, resilience and community.

Congratulations to the players, staff and supporters on an amazing start to the season.

Ipswich showing once again that when our community comes together, we show up in a big way.

We’re excited to officially have our Registered Nurse Lauren out in the community supporting our participants with high-quality, compassionate care.

Lauren brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, helping our participants stay healthy, comfortable and supported in their own homes and communities.

Our Community Nursing services include:
• Palliative care
• General nursing assessments
• Dementia care
• Diabetes management
• Continence & catheter care
• Medication management
• Complex wound care
• Stoma care
• Post-hospital support
• General wellbeing checks
• Clinical reporting for NDIS, TAC & Aged Care
