We spend hours hunched over phones and laptops, and that forward-head posture can lead to what experts call tech neck resulting in tight shoulders, headaches, and long-term strain on your spine.

Here’s your reminder to reset:
🔹 Take a 5 minute screen break every hour.
🔹 Hold your phone at eye level.
🔹 Stretch your neck and shoulders daily.
🔹 Create a no-phone zone before bed.
🔹 Schedule one “offline hour” each day.

🌏 He grew up in Brisbane but spent a year abroad in the UK when he was 7.

👨‍🎓 He graduated from Central Queensland University.
