It’s been a minute 😅

I have been off trying to balance a happy life with my fitness goals. Here are some of the meals I have had in rotation that have not only fueled me but also my soul 😇
1. Boiled eggs and yoghurt
2. GYG burrito bowl no rice add extra lettuce 🥬
3. Copycat noodle chciken curry and rice 🍛
4. Poached eggs on sourdough with halloumi is my go to breakfast out
5. On lazy days it’s a Mac n cheese with leftover protein meal 😘

Creamy Pesto High Protein Pasta Salad 🥗✨

Swipe to the end for nutritional breakdown

Ingredients:
- 300g of protein pasta
- 185g can of tuna(drained), I used Sirena in oil
- 90g of pesto, I used a sundried tomato vegan pesto
- 160g of plain yoghurt
- vegetables of choice, I went with tomatoes and cucumbers
- optional add ons can be corn, olives, sultanas

I am up Monday through Friday at 3am, I need something quick and tasty for lunch.

Meal 1:
Sweet potato hash browns, avocado & “bacon”

Meal 2:
PB&J protein oats with raw protein

Meal 3:
Black bean nachos

My two main focuses are protein and fibre, I am also aiming for 3L of water every day 😍
