Technique Tuesday: QL Roll for Lower Back Relief! Feeling that nagging lower back pain? Targeting your QL (Quadratus Lumborum) muscles can provide significant relief.

Here's how to use your Mobibod Doublar for an effective QL roll:
1. Lie on your side: Position yourself on a firm surface with your knees bent.
2. Place the Doublar: Position the Doublar along your QL muscle, starting at your hip and moving towards your ribs.
3. Roll slowly: Gently roll back and forth, applying pressure to the tender areas.
4. Breathe deeply: Focus on your breath and relax into the stretch.

Technique Tuesday! Feeling those tight hip flexors? Psoas rolls are a must-do for improved mobility and reduced tension. Use your Mobibod Doublar for a targeted and effective stretch.

1. Place the ball on the midpoint of the diagonal line between your hip bone and navel.
2. Lie on the ground with the ball between you and the ground, moving the ball in small increments if you haven’t hit the spot straight away.
3. When you find a tender point, start with small rocks on this point, again with a focus of relaxing the muscle over the ball.
4. If this isn’t enough to release the soreness, you may wish to extend the leg on the side of the ball away and up from the hip joint. A rise of 10-20 degrees is plenty.
5. Alternatively, you could try extending away and up with your chest. In both movements, watch that your low back remains stabilised, that is, the movement is coming from your hip or mid back.
