This growing body of knowledge is now being recognised under the term: "Musculoskeletal Syndrome of Menopause" (Wright et al., 2024), and it's more common than you might think.

⚡️Joint pain

⚡️Stiffness or slower recovery
⚡️Reduction in bone mineral density
⚡️Increased risk of injuries
These changes aren’t always due to just “getting older” — they can be linked to the natural drop in estrogen as women approach menopause.

We’re thrilled to share that Perform Physio + Pilates is now officially operating from our brand-new home at 59 Upper Heidelberg Road, Ivanhoe 🤩

We’re absolutely loving life in our bigger, brighter and better clinic — a space purpose-built to help you move freely, grow stronger, and feel your best.

It was a very busy weekend packing up at 181 and moving just 400 metres down the road — made possible only thanks to our incredible team and supportive family members who helped make it all happen 💪💙

We feel so grateful for the amazing people who make Perform what it is! Thank you for being part of our journey. We can’t wait to welcome you in and show you our new space!

Over the weekend Grace, Priya, and Jeremy attended St Vincent’s Private Hospital’s first ever Allied Health Symposium 🏥

We had the opportunity to hear from 7 leading orthopaedic surgeons, each sharing their expertise on different topics. It was an incredibly educational day, and we learnt so much that we can bring back to our patients and practice 🙌🏼

A good warm-up should include:
