I have a tool belt FULL of powerful tools for healing.
I have all the tools in the world.
I have all the motivation to come back to love.
I have everything I need to return back home to my heart and teach others to do the same.
These healing tools are there to be used when needed.
They are a resource that we can dip into….
Yet sometimes the most powerful thing for us to do is to JUST FEEL IT!
Just be it.
Let it consume you.
Let it become you.
Let it move you as you feel it.
And as you feel it, it will move you back into alignment.
You could use all the tools in the world to heal, but if you aren’t using to simple art of feeling then you are avoiding feeling more of you.
Simply feeling it is powerful too.
Simply feeling is what makes us human.
It’s an art.

I want to share my gratitude.
Over the last month I have been journeying through some of the greatest challenges of my life.
The last month has been a lot of things. Many good, many not so good.
But, one thing that became VERY loud and VERY clear was how much support I have around me.
I received countless messages of support, love, understanding and guidance and although I haven’t been fully ready to respond to everyone it makes all the difference.
When we are in our most time of need, we see, feel and receive the support we need. The people who are your people will always show up for you.
I am grateful, so grateful for all of your support.
I will pop back into the world again, full of expression and excitement, but for now I am hibernating.
Thank you thank you to all of the love in this beautiful world!

What are you proud of this year?
What I am so proud of throughout the year of 2020 & 2021 is my ability to find joy in everything. Even when I am going through the hardest events of my existence, I always managed to find joy, the smile, to dance, to allow love, to have fun, to stay in my heart, to enjoy the moments even when I was in pain.
I am god damn proud of that.
Because my faith in god, in the universe, in my heart and greatness NEVER wavered. Even when I wanted to be nihilistic and forget my faith,
Even when I wanted to give it all up and start again,
Even when the pain was excruciating.
My faith in something greater than my pain ALWAYS anchored me home.
And if that is all I do for the rest of my life, I would die happy.
I am proud of that.

A little fun fact you might not know about me is that I work two days a week at an amazing health food shop called on the mountain, we make organic lunches and superfood elixirs and sell the best quality health foods and products for the community. The way this job came about was divine and synchronised as always… and I always shopped there anyway.
A beautiful family own and run it and I just support them along the way.
I have never been so inspired by the way people live their lives until I met the owners of this shop, Ed and Claudia.
They have never touched anything inorganic in their life and every single detail of the shop is sustainable, non toxic and organic. Everything is planned out intricately to honour the earth and her natural state of being.
THIS kind of living is what will transform this world.
The way they love and support me is like a family and I LOVE coming to work here two days a week.
Find people who inspire you, who make you want to be 1% better everyday.
Find people who are living the life you are working to create and immerse yourself in their creativity.
Let it inspire you.
We are meant to be connected and create together, we need people and the more you find the people who inspire you and pull you into more of who you are, the more free you will become.
Find your people. Now is the time.

What I have noticed about being the creator of your life is that I can often go through spikes of momentum and then plateau. Not because I am not being creative but because my nervous system is catching up to the new wisdom codes being delivered. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We only fall below the plateau line when we start to spiral back into our ego, our old habits and patterns to keep us small. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
To be honest, I have done both and can do both in life.. as we all can. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
What would normally spiral me was the thought that I was plateauing because I LOVE momentum and growth so when I would plateau I would get frustrated and spiral. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Now I have learned differently. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It is ok to plateau in creativity. It’s a moment to breathe, to integrate, to take the next steps and the momentum will arrive back in front of you in no time. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Enjoy the plateau and momentum as it comes because even during the plateau we are still expanding!

Every single day I am getting older. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Every one of those days I am becoming more me, more in love with my human form. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In the past I had always wanted to change my body. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Get fitter. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Get skinnier. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Get stronger. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Get more toned. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I always wanted to change my body out of my hate for it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I am not “feminine” looking enough. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My b***s aren’t big enough. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My legs aren’t toned enough. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Once I get to x weight I will be happy. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
All stories I was running. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I have always loved health and fitness but my own self hatred in the past would push me to restrict my eating and punish myself at the gym 6 days a week. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Of course, from that mindset I didn’t get anywhere. I only created more disconnect from my body. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I am now approaching my 28th lap around the sun and I can confidently say I love my body more now as I am older than I EVER DID BEFORE! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The reason is because I don’t restrict myself, or push myself at the gym too much. Instead of focusing on changing the look of my body. I choose to change the energy that was going into my body. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I cleaned myself up. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I changed to ONLY organic foods, to detox everyday so I can live in physical excellence to exponentially enjoy my life. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
That was the end result I chose and because of that my body changed completely without me even needing to try. It just did because the energy that was going in was from love not from hate. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I am more toned than ever. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Healthier than ever. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I am stronger & feel sexier than ever. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And it wasn’t because of how I pushed myself but how I surrender to exactly who I am and what I love. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Which is to feel good. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And when I feel good it reflects on the outside. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Becoming more of what you love will manifest and we don’t need to try hard. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Just refocus and alignment will all fall into place.

Flowers bring me so much joy… especially when they are a gift. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

The beauty of it, for me, is that someone decides to give me a gift direct from nature.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
They want to give me love directly from nature. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Nature is the gift. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Her artistic expression is the gift. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Someone wants to show love to me with nature and that shows me THEIR nature. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And this is why flowers bring me so much joy.

I have had a small hiatus from socials over the past week and I would love to be real with you here. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I have recently entered into a new relationship and it feels super vulnerable.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
One of my biggest challenges in life are intimate relationships (that’s where all of our deepest shadows arise) and I have been intentionally noticing my patterns, feelings and emotions and simply observing myself within the container of this relationship so I can stay anchored in my heart. It takes focus and patience but it’s necessary.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
As humans love is our biggest desire yet something that can also be so easily avoided out of fear. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I can feel myself wanting to avoid it all yet at the same time knowing in my heart of hearts the truth of this container and the truth of having it all. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I have a limiting belief that you can’t be successful in business as well as have a successful relationship. In the past it was ALWAYS one or the other, never both because I had to limit myself in some way in order to stay “safe” and small. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I have been offline to journey with the part of me that is avoiding having it all and limiting the love coming into my life from all directions. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Looking at the aspects of us who are abandoning ourselves is the first most important step to allowing more love and joy into your life and this is where I have been. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Life isn’t always pretty, or perfect… it’s not a cookie cutter world. We will always have moments of momentum and then plato. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It is wild, ever changing and evolving and all we need to do is keep observing, noticing and learning more about who we are along the way so we can stay anchored in the truth of everything… our hearts.
