Meet Rachel – from our Customer Service Team ✨

“I’m the newest member of the customer service team, having joined over a month ago. This role beautifully blends my deep understanding of natural medicine with over a decade of customer service experience gained in the health food industry. I’m truly enjoying the opportunity to work alongside a fantastic team, providing outstanding service to our diverse and valued customer base.

Of the bachelor’s degrees I’ve completed, my studies in Health Science, Naturopathy, and Nutritional Medicine remain the most meaningful to me. They reflect my heartfelt commitment to helping others thrive. I firmly believe that living one’s best life starts with nurturing and investing in personal health.

I’m passionate about animals—especially my two beloved dogs—and one of my favourite pastimes is discovering new nature-filled destinations where we can explore together. But it’s not just my pups who’ve been with me every step of the way—my twin sister has been my original adventure buddy. Being a twin is like having a lifelong littermate—minus the fur and occasional chew toy rivalry. She’s been my loyal companion, emotional support human, and fellow explorer through every season of life. It’s basically like growing up with a best friend who doesn’t bark (unless provoked).”

Meet Lesley – Purchasing Admin Assistant ✨

About Me:
• I am a mum of 2 teenage boys & 2 pups
• Love to spend time at the beach & in the bush
• Love to spend time with my family, girls weekends away and coffee date catch ups
• Spending time on the WA North coast is my ideal holiday
• I spend a ridiculous amount of time dog training for fun.

I’ve been at Rener Health Products for 3 months, supporting the purchasing officers as a Purchasing Admin Assistant. This is my 1st time in a purchasing role!

Meet Linda H – Account Manager ✨

“I am Linda - I am a kiwi originally from Wellington NZ. I love travelling the world, gardening, growing my own food, spending time with my dog Bernie and I love camping, being in nature, and especially love being beside or in the ocean.

I have studied Western Herbal Medicine and have a passion for liquid herbs. In 2017 I levelled up my education to a Bachelor of Health Science in Complementary Medicine, just for fun! I have 20 years of experience in this dynamic natural health industry and have been enjoying working with Rener for over 10 years.

My role at Rener is territory manager of the beautiful South West. I drive around from Harvey to Albany and everywhere in between. I provide high quality education, clinical support and business development. I love all my customers and feel so lucky to be working in this space!

Fun fact: I love music and learned to play the guitar when I was young. I wanted to be a singer songwriter when I was young. Alas I choose a profession in human biology however I still love singing, dancing and playing music for fun!”
