Our apologies everyone, as you are aware we are dealing with pharmacist shortages, we had to change the Business Hours for all our pharmacies.

The good news is that Eric will be available in person for you 3 days a week, being Wednesday from 8:30am to 4:00pm. Note that we are in Flu season, make sure you come to have your shots when Eric is here.

We are doing our best to keep the ball rolling in order to serve you better.

tomorrow Thursday, the 6th Feb from 9am to 1pm

Saturday, the 7th Feb from 9am to 1pm.

If you need your scripts, please don't miss out this opportunity. We are able to access Jerry Pharmacy files from Bremer Pharmacy.

The pharmacist in charge will be Ronald Stuurtstraat, from Perth.. it happens he came here for a holiday and is keen to help our community out.

Dear Bremer Bay, Jerry and Gnowangerup communities:

We have seen a lot of rumours coming from Facebook from various people. So we decided it is time to let you know what's really going on and what led us to close our 3 pharmacies until further notice.

In the weekend Eric, his family (including their 3 yo) and a friend started to have some health issues leading them to go to Albany Hospital as they were not feeling very well.

As what symptoms they were having were very unusual, and possibly contagious, the hospital, together with the Department of Health decided to isolate them until they work towards finding out what they have.

As their illness is unknown for the moment the Department of Health recommended to isolate not only them but also their pharmacy staff and family.

Thankfully Eric, his family and friends are being treated by specialists from everywhere in Australia 😆and as such they are responding very well to the treatment and recovering well.

As this case is new and unique, there will be a medical journal published after all findings get researched. In a sense all of our communities have become a celebrity.

Even though we are hospitalised, We are able to access our systems remotely and thus we send your scripts to you.

We are really sorry about this situation but we are working together with the Health Department, AHPRA, Albany Hospital and Pharmacies to ensure everyone have access to their medications.

Mereta from Red Tail Express is also keen to collect your scripts in Albany on Wednesdays and Fridays at a reduced rate for delivery to your house in Bremer Bay and Jerramungup.
