**Position:** Front Desk Concierge
**Location:** Old Katamon, Jerusalem
**Hours:** Sunday/Tuesday/Thursday 14:00-19:00
**Salary:** Competitive, commensurate with experience

Position Overview: As our front desk professional, you will be the face of our office, responsible for managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining our high standards of customer care and administrative support
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm & welcoming demeanor.
- Manage phone calls & appointments with efficiency & accuracy.
- Coordinate patient flow & ensure timely service.
- Explain fees & process payments
- Maintain patient records & assist with administrative tasks.
-Support Doctors during office hours
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in a customer service role, not necessarily in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be bilingual.
