When you find those you resonate with, when you are drawn toward those who are open, it is because you are able to open your energy too. And in these moments you are often experiencing what we would call reciprocal healing. It is healing for you to be alive on the Earth, and be a human being experiencing joy, love, clarity, and even healing that is difficult on this planet. So to be able to move from a state of what we would call compression (you might call it depression, feeling shut down, unable to express yourself), to then move any of those states into a way of being where you are able to be open, to express yourself, to feel you have managed to bring your heart more into your life, where before that was difficult.

This was not just a reflection. It was a mirroring. A response.
