                                            I don’t do many posts about massage as it doesn’t need a lot of explanation. But in saying that it has so many benefits that I wanted to write something on how amazingly healing it can be on all levels. 
I think we all know that massage provides relief from physical pain and tension in the body. It also decreases inflammation and improves circulation helping with injuries. 
But beyond the physical benefits it is also an incredible stress reliever, improves sleep, calms the nervous system and promotes the release of beneficial hormones. 
It’s like a whole health maintenance system all on its own. 
I would have a massage every week of if I could 💚🌟
