Regularly grounding and clearing stress from our bodies and minds is so important. When we are in a state of stress everything in our lives suffer particularly our health. Stress raises our cortisol levels and sends us into fight or flight mode. We really need our nervous systems to relax in order to heal and create a healthy physical and mental state.
Make sure you are take some out for yourself to really ground yourself. Turn off your phone, take some deep breaths, look around you and take note of the things in your environment….what do you see and hear. Doing this will get you out of your head and back into your body.
