Authentic Wild and Free Authentic Wild & Free Equine Facilitated Learning and Empowered Life Coaching. Partnering with horses opens up a space where honesty and trust reside.

Empowering women in a supportive and challenging way to break out of old mindsets and self limiting beliefs which have been holding them back and no longer serve them. To mentor women and girls to delve deep and discover their true authentic self, to learn to embrace that woman in all of her glorious beauty and to live confidently and joyously, honoring the wild woman within. Horses as our guides within this space provide us with honest feedback, help us to learn to be present in the moment and among many things, teach us about the importance of being part of a herd (family/society), focus, emotional regulation, reading body language, effective communication, and possibly the most important one of all - the art of accepting us as we are.
