This visualization, inspired by the map of consciousness, illustrates how a dedicated yoga practice – encompassing asana (movement), pranayama (breathwork), and dhyana (meditation) – assists us in raising our energetic vibration.
When we feel “stuck” in lower-frequency emotions like shame, guilt, or fear (represented by the red and orange zones), it often manifests as physical and energetic blockages. Conscious asana and pranayama practice help us process and release these denser energies, breaking through the limitations of the ego and opening the path to higher consciousness.
As we move up the scale, we access states of courage, acceptance, reason, and love – the vibration of the heart chakra. These higher frequencies foster connection, clarity, and peace.
The ultimate goal, Samadhi, or Enlightenment (represented by the purple and the blooming lotus), is a state of blissful, non-dual awareness, where we experience the inherent union of the individual self with the universal consciousness.
