A lot of Mums I work with come in thinking they need to eat less to lose weight.
So they skip breakfast.
Keep the morning “light.”
Feels like they’re being good, right?
By the time the afternoon hits
⬇️ Energy is low.
⬇️ Patience is low.
⬆️ Hunger is high.
That’s when the snacking starts.
That’s when portions creep up.
Not because you lack discipline, but because your body is trying to get the energy it missed earlier.
So instead of asking “how can I eat less?”
Ask, “how can I fuel better?”
So here’s your plan
Every morning this week, eat this:
👉 1 slice toast
👉 2 boiled eggs
👉 Piece of fruit (like an apple or banana)
OR if you prefer something quicker:
👉 ¾ cup Greek yoghurt
👉 Handful of berries
👉 Sprinkle cinnamon
Pick one. Stick to it.
No skipping.
No guessing.
It’s about setting your day up so everything feels easier.
✔️ More energy.
✔️ Fewer cravings.
✔️ Better choices without overthinking.
That’s the difference between winging it and actually following a plan that works.
