If I could go back and tell my pre kid self a few truths about weight loss…well, let’s just say I would have gotten to where I am today an awful lot sooner.
Because honestly? I wasted so much time

👉 Cutting carbs and running on fumes
👉 Starting & stopping every “quick fix” under the sun
The reality?
Weight loss doesn’t come from punishment or perfection.
It comes from fueling your body so you have energy for Mum life, being consistent (not restrictive), and having support so you don’t give up when life gets messy (with 4 kids it’s gotten messy a lot!)
