Busy doesn’t pause when back to school starts in a couple of weeks.
It just means more moving parts, and less time for you.

If your energy is low or you feel flat lately, try this approach 👇

• Eat protein at every meal (eggs, yoghurt, chicken, tofu) to avoid the 3pm crash
• Prep one thing, not everything. Wash fruit, cook extra protein, or plan dinners
• Schedule 10 minutes for movement right after drop off or before dinner (walking counts)
• Drink water before coffee #2. Fatigue is often dehydration
• Set a “non-negotiable” bedtime window at least 2 nights a week

This isn’t about perfection.
It’s about protecting your energy so you can show up without burning out.

You’re not failing at weight loss.
You’re just under fuelled.

Most mums I talk to aren’t eating too much, they’re eating meals that don’t keep them full, energised, or consistent.

That leads to:
• constant hunger
