Everyone is an empath these days… apparently 👀

But feeling things deeply doesn’t automatically make you one.

Empathy isn’t:
❌ reacting without accountability
❌ emotional overwhelm used as an excuse
❌ making everything about you

Empathy is:
✔️ awareness
✔️ emotional responsibility
✔️ understanding others without losing yourself

It’s quiet. It’s grounded. And it doesn’t need to be announced.

Not everyone sees spirit or hears voices.

Sometimes intuition is much quieter than that.

It can look like:
• Feeling the energy in a room instantly
• Thinking of someone right before they call or you run into them at the shops
• Knowing something without knowing how
• Feeling drawn to certain people, places, or paths
• Picking up on others’ emotions without trying

Many intuitive people spend years doubting themselves because it doesn’t look the way they expect.

But intuition isn’t something you have to force.

It’s something you remember.
