Dr Rolanda Lim completed her Bachelor of Dental Health Science and Masters in Dentistry at Griffith University on the Gold Coast. Prior to her journey into dentistry, she worked as a dental assistant for 8 years, an experience that profoundly influenced her decision to pursue a career in oral health. Through her diverse background, she has gained a comprehensive understanding of patient care that fosters a deep sense of empathy and compassion. Rolanda is devoted to ongoing professional development, engaging in continuing education to integrate the latest techniques and evidence-based practices into her work. She prioritizes patient-centered care, emphasizing clear communication and empathy to create a welcoming environment.
