The STOP Domestic Violence Conference 2025, held under the theme ‘Turning the Tide: Supporting Survivors and Shaping Change,’ was more than a theme-it was a movement:-a powerful reminder that safety and respect are everyone’s responsibility. It was a great pleasure to be part of the voice for change, standing alongside survivors, advocates, practitioners, researchers, and community leaders. Together, we shared knowledge, amplified voices, and strengthened our collective resolve to shift the current from silence and stigma toward healing and empowerment. This theme calls us to unite in compassion and action, shaping communities where resilience, dignity, and hope can thrive. Truly, we are turning the tide. Big thank you to the organisers The Australia & New Zealand Mental Health Association.
