I have had the honour of supporting this amazing mum throughout her pregnancy, and now again just 2 weeks after welcoming her baby boy into the world. Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum bring huge changes—physically, emotionally, and energetically—and it’s a privilege to help the body gently realign and restore balance during these transitions.
Kinesiology is for every stage of life—from pregnancy and postnatal care to babies, children, and adults. Each session is tailored to support what your body needs in that moment.

When men want to improve themselves, or go back to feeling their normal, or uncover a behaviour or thought it makes the world a better place.. this also goes for women. Self care is so important to everyone. And asking for help is the first step towards healing your inner self.. you did the work I just facilitated the changes you made.
