I offer two breathwork sessions both are amazing tools to bring your breath and body back into communication with one another.

Gentle Breathwork is a soft nervous system regulating tool to slowly and gently start reinstating our natural and optimal breathing. It’s for nervous systems that are looking for gentle repair, those that need to build capacity in a much slower way, finding safety within your own process before diving into the deeper depths of our full conscious connected Breathwork or for those simply looking for a regular practice that will truly make an impact on their everyday lives. Suitable for most, including pregnant women.

Sacred Breath Immersion of Conscious Connected Breathwork is a deeper exploration to our internal world our consciousness and our subconscious layers. This method is based In parasympathetic activation and is body intelligent. I do not force or elicit big catharsis instead I create a container that allows your body to express and release - 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻AS IT FEELS SAFE AND READY TO 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 and not before. This is not a performance it is a deep listening. Sometimes the most profound shifts happen in the quietest moments.

There is no point pushing your nervous system beyond its capacity - what’s the point if you can’t integrate the experience and sit with the layers of unfolding in the days and weeks after?

There is not one right way for everyone - and not all people are suited to breathwork.

For some people our sacred breath container is the perfect way to start - for others a much slower and more foundational base is a more intelligent option

Both sessions demand complete use of your own discernment. There is a need to push through a certain amount mental resistance but never body resistance-that’s why facilitation of breathwork requires someone who can guide you through the journey with depth & recognition of how nuanced this process is.

It’s not about being comfortable because we will always need to meet discomfort to expand - that’s unavoidable. It’s about being held in a container that places your safety as a priority and a facilitator that places that above everything else.

Building a studio that explores expanded states of consciousness and seeks out emotional alchemy through breath, sound and frequency, light, energy and community. That’s what I’m doing here. A place to support your Nervous System, your self-healing, your communication with your highest self.

This was never going to be an easy build. Most people are not ready to explore the totality of consciousness and our unfiltered inner landscapes

Most people struggle also with the idea of self care and nurturing as a priority - our society makes sure of that. Guilt & Shame arise because it’s so deeply engrained in our subconscious patterns. It’s a deeply rooted conditioning.

You are worthy of prioritising yourself. It’s necessary.
