When Sally asked me to host this at the studio I was honestly so honoured! Instead of a normal baby shower Sally wanted to organise something that held a little more sentimental meaning, honouring Jeni ✨

Imagine sitting around your most loved sisterhood, having them share their love, wishes and words of empowerment in circle.

Then sharing in a beautiful deep rest of Nidra, Devine feminine meditations, building an alter together, sound and a red string ceremony while sipping womb tea

Such an honour and privilege to hold space for this beautiful group!

This practice always surprises first timers - they hear yoga and think they will be moving but this practice is done in complete stillness.

It also surprises people at how deep of an experience this can be 👁️

I work with a classic 7 part Nidra script and it is followed by extended śavāsana and a beautiful soundscape to deepen your experience
