In my experience as a consulting Stop Smoking Specialist now for over the past 10 years, the following issues are the most common.

Self belief – Many people have tried to quit smoking before and have failed, and now hold the belief that they do not have the ability to stop smoking. Take a moment to remind yourself of all the times in your life when you have had the determination to succeed or the times when you have successfully completed something that you have set out to achieve. You do have the ability to make lasting changes.

Stress – Many people claim that they smoke because of the stress in their lives. I’m not going into details here about the fact that inhaling ni****ne actually does the exact opposite of relaxing the body, but if you identify stress as a factor in your own smoking habit, then you need to deal with the stress. During your hypnosis session I’ll guide you in the use of self hypnosis to help remove the impact of stress in your life.

Habit – It is my belief that smoking is more a habit than an addiction. So, if you want to end a negative habit, you may need to replace it with something positive! During your visit I work with you to provide and create new positive behaviours that your hoping to achieve.
