Spring magic ✨with my little family in the sun. Inside the studio getting people out of minds and into bodies. And outside the studio we launched a local farmers market. Promoting the uptake of local produce as a way to healthier body’s and a healthier planet. Also to provide a platform where members of our community can express creativity. It’s also a place to gather as a community and feel apart of something bigger than you/me. If you’re local or visitng North Cornwall make sure you pop by there is lots of magic happening here.

Evening light ✨
I’ve been dreaming up what is to come, the studio build which we’ve finally chosen the builder for. The services that we’ll provide out in this sacred part of Cornwall, the atmosphere we want. This loft space is a beautiful in between and I want to to say thank you to everyone who is coming by for sessions both in person and online. And also to those waiting patiently for my diary to open out. Thank you all for being around. I feel your support 🧡🌺✨

Nice to be welcoming clients; new and long standing into this space. Its hard to capture how hard a person is working during a Pilates session, it’s deep and considered and often people are surprised about how mentally tough it can be. You never leave without a sense of accomplishment and lightness in mind and body.

Glistening veins and belly hanging low, by far the coolest thing I’ve done. Very challenging, but cool nonetheless. To exercise my body in this way, to activate my hormones, move my bones and grow a baby. Twice. To become a mother, twice. Ray turned 1 last month and only now there has been enough space and healing to look back at my pregnancy and appreciate it fully. I didn’t enjoy it at the time, I never felt the ‘blooming pregnancy’ phase. It’s nice to arrive here, what a beautiful 9 months that was.

Back in this space after our London adventure. I went to my old studio on Golbourne road yesterday and had a 1:1 gyrotonic session with the lovely Tomoko. My god it was good to be back and invigorated by the gyrotonic method and the city. I’ve got some events and pop ups coming up next year, message me if you want to be emailed with info x

My boy turns 3 this weekend and I always spend the weeks leading up to his birthday looking at all of our pictures, it’s quite an emotional time. Part mourning, part grateful, part joy, mostly just in awe. How did was he in my belly? And now look at him! ❤️ 🌎 ###
