Fantastic walk this morning at Gwelup reserve lakes….every week is a special unique Journey together and being in nature helps clear the busy mind and to forget about everything else for a time and be in the present moment….nature has it all….
In all it’s beauty and its elements all around gentle and uplifting for the body, and healing of the heart ❤️

What a amazing and wonderful morning together it was Simply the best (and the song by Tina turner fills my head love that song) this morning at Carine open space wonderful walk together and so many people on the oval with their dogs which was an annual big event Happening
Seeing the fairy’s on the way amongst the trees so gorgeous and yes lots of stops and starts for photos capturing this place loved it
Will do this place often now it’s flat and great almost 5km perimeter and the breeze was perfect with a warm day today
Time shared as always and over coffee after across the road at Carine glades shopping centre Healthy Power cafe and dog friendly and such great coffee ☕️
Sunday mornings every week fill my heart
With you all so thankful and so blessed 🙏❤️

Incredible morning shared our group walking in nature Neil Hawkins park Joondalup so loving the autumn season got to see everything all around us then followed by coffee/breakfast and the most wonderful conversations and most importantly being together…Thankyou for being in my life and me in yours …love you all ❤️
