During February, I am offering a guided savasana with every Remedial Yoga Massage session. The massage session IS your yoga sequence (lazy mans yoga ๐) and the Savasana is 5 minutes of total awareness as I guide you into a deep relaxation.
Benefits of Savasana:
Savasana is the final resting pose in a yoga sequence, a time to take rest, to calm the physical body and also the mind.
If you find it difficult to be still, or to quiet your mind, it can be helpful to use a guided meditation.
Being in a state of Present Moment Awareness, where our Parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest) is able to function optimally. PNS system operates digestion, lowered heart rate and BP, improved endocrine/hormone balance and immune system. This is where the healing happens.

๐ฎ ๐ต๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐๐ฒ๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป - More time to journey within for a deeper healing, focus on more of your concerns and additional stretches, a longer savasana including heart opening bolster, sound bowl & bliss ball.
