Shout out to my coach Marinus who made mission impossible, possible. He made my entire prep fun and enjoyable but at the same time challenging and rewarding.

The best part was that I didn't even complain about the diet as he made it perfectly suitable for me, I was just cruising through it till the end. I trusted the process even know I had my doubts due to the pressure that most of us get throughout the prep, but he was there pushing all the doubts from me and kept me on track so I sticked to the plan and pushed through it and made it happen.

I'm really grateful for all the efforts and support he gave me and the great moments we shared on show day and backstage🙏, we exceed our own expectations on that day, lol 💪

Also, we created an awesome posing routine that I'm really happy about. it's one of the best parts I enjoy doing now over and over🔥

Introducing our NEW Van-Team coach Vincent! 🙌🏼

“I have been working with Marinus for over 3 months now and shadowing him to learn how someone with extensive experience trains their clients. Learning in depth how Marinus works in his sessions has been an eye-opening experience for me to develop and sharpen my skills as a Personal Trainer which I hope to use for good when training with my own clients for the future.

I have been playing football since I was 4 years old and have been competing in high level football for many years in Australia. Learning the fundamentals of teamwork, leadership and overall fitness.

In my spare time, you will either find me in the gym doing my own training to improve myself or at home gaming with friends on my pc! I love eating all types of food and spending quality time with my family going out or watching movies together.

I am grateful for this opportunity to be working alongside one of the greatest and most knowledgeable Personal Trainers in Western Sydney, and am super excited to share my own set of skills to make a difference for all individuals to reach their goals!”
