My name is Anthony Hartland, and I’m an Australian trained Occupational Therapist (University of Qld 1996). Since then, I have nearly 25 years of international experience, across a diverse range of clinical areas and management, including hospital, community, hospice, not for profit and private practice. This has included Brisbane, Rockhampton, London, Edinburgh, and rural Highlands of Scotland.
Since returning to Australia in 2017, my wife (who is a Social Worker) and I have been travelling our wonderful country, interspersed with periods of various employment.
We arrived in Jurien Bay Western Australia in February 2020, and very quickly I realised there were no private Occupational Therapy services locally. Unfortunately any plans I had were quickly stopped with worldwide spread of the COVID-19 virus.
But this will pass... and life will return to some semblance of “normal”.
