Seeds of Hope is proud to announce the start of The Youth Mental Health Resource Campaign. This will be a series of posts released on the Third Friday of the Month that will include a variety of information such as: helpful hints, strategies, local resources and connections, and where to go for help.

This mental health and wellbeing resource for youth was constructed in April - June this year by Erin and Ashlyn (the two Uni SA Occupational Therapy students) and has been handed over from Enhance Barossa Mental Health to us (that is Seeds of Hope Su***de Prevention Network) and will be added to our page: BarossaAndBeyondSu***dePreventionNetwork over the coming months.

To start the campaign we are posting a grounding activity to brighten your day.
