What's Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, guides you into a state of deep relaxation, where the body and mind can rest and rejuvenate.
A 20-minute Yoga Nidra session is often said to be equivalent to 2-4 hours of deep sleep in terms of its restorative benefits. While it won't completely replace sleep, it can significantly reduce the need for sleep by inducing a state of deep relaxation and accessing the subconscious mind, similar to the restorative effects of deep sleep.
