This background and training allows for the application of a range of therapies to suit individual client needs. Techniques include deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, various stretching techniques, low level laser therapy, functional breathing techniques, and much more. It's hard to believe, but it was one year ago today that the Physical Therapies Clinic moved 21 Railway Road. It's been a great year, and great to share it with all my wonderful clients. It's also hard to believe that I've had 23 odd years of doing what I love ❤️ and that some of you wonderful people have been seeing me the entire time. Thank you to my valued clients for making it happen 🙏

I know that life happens, and some things are out of our control, but unfortunately for the first time in over 22 years, I am finding that it is becoming necessary for me to implement a cancellation and missed appointment policy. I understand certain circumstances are unavoidable, and am happy to discuss those circumstances, and be flexible where possible. Full details will be made available, but I'm hoping we won't need them 😉
